Services
Lexcodeit Technologies Limited provides software development, product design, cloud infrastructure, branding, and consultancy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment of all fees due, all custom work product created specifically for a client becomes the client's property. Lexcodeit retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in the delivery of services, as well as the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are defined in each individual service agreement. Lexcodeit reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any engagement where payments are overdue beyond the agreed terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of two years.
Limitation of liability
Lexcodeit's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any engagement with Lexcodeit Technologies Limited shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
